Terms of Service

Last updated: September 23, 2026

These terms cover your use of Debut Forge at debutforge.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

Debut Forge generates and edits landing pages with AI. It hosts the pages you publish, on a debutforge.com address or on your own domain, collects submissions from their forms into a Leads inbox, and exports any project as a standalone HTML file.

2. Accounts and the trial

Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Every new account gets 10 credits once, to try the AI. The trial is one per person — creating extra accounts to collect it again is not allowed. Publishing, custom domains and HTML export need a paid plan.

3. Plans, billing and credits

Plans are billed through Stripe, monthly or yearly, in advance, and renew automatically until cancelled. Current plans:

  • Starter — $12/month or $108/year: 200 credits a month, up to 3 published pages and 1 custom domain.
  • Pro — $29/month or $288/year: 600 credits a month, up to 10 published pages and 5 custom domains.
  • Studio — $79/month or $780/year: 2000 credits a month, up to 100 published pages and 25 custom domains.

Credits are granted every month, on yearly billing too. They are spent by AI actions at the costs shown in the app, carry over while your account exists, and have no cash value. If a generation fails on our side, its credits are refunded automatically. One-time credit packs (100 credits for $8 and 250 credits for $18) are charged once and never renew. Some features, such as A/B tests, are limited to certain plans, as shown on the pricing page.

You can cancel or change plans at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.

4. Refunds

If something went wrong with a charge, contact alexisnardiello@gmail.com within 14 days and we will make it right. Your statutory rights under consumer law are not affected.

5. Hosting, domains and what happens when you cancel

Published pages stay online while you have a plan. When a subscription ends, they stay up for a 7-day grace period and then go offline, and their forms stop collecting. If you move to a plan with lower limits, pages over the new limit get the same grace period; after it, only your most recently published pages stay up. Your projects stay in your account, and publishing again brings them back.

Custom domains must be ones you control. We issue their certificates while they point at us.

6. Your content and ownership

You own the pages you create, including the exported HTML, and can use them for any lawful purpose, commercial or not. An exported file keeps working wherever you host it, even after you cancel — only form collection through Debut Forge stops, so point its forms elsewhere. You are responsible for your pages' content, including the rights to any text or images you add, and, as the controller, for the personal data your forms collect (see the Privacy Policy).

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Debut Forge for content that is illegal, deceptive (scams, phishing, impersonation), hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights; and do not try to disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the service. We may refuse generations, take pages offline or suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. AI-generated content

Pages are written by AI and can contain mistakes. Review a page before you publish it. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, unique or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted, and features may change over time. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

10. Law and changes

These terms are governed by French law. If they change in a way that matters, we will say so by email or on this site before the change takes effect.
